Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused

• unopened

• in its original packaging

• accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Because we sell food products, opened items cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

• a damaged item

• a defective item

• an incorrect item sent by us

we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
