We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We offer Standard Shipping within the United States.

  • Estimated transit time: 3–10 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–13 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holiday periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4) Shipping Fees

We may also offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders from time to time, as indicated on our website.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and may take time to appear.

All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes where required.
Customers will not be charged additional taxes after checkout for standard U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at enquiry@kimdeewellness.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly after review of the issue.
If a package is confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we may be unable to issue a refund for non-receipt claims.
