This Cancellation Policy explains how you may request changes or cancellations for orders placed on our website.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiry@kimdeewellness.com.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for more information about eligible returns and refunds.
If subscription purchases are available on our website, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the direct subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us directly at enquiry@kimdeewellness.com for assistance.
Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled for that shipment. Future recurring orders may still be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
We currently do not offer pre-orders unless explicitly stated on a product page.
If pre-orders are offered in the future, the estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page. Pre-order cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order has been processed for fulfillment.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
